Description
Analysis of the structure and functions of judicial systems. Organization, administration, and politics of judicial bureaucracies. Roles of judges, juries, counsel, litigants, and interest groups in the adjudication process. Prerequisites: Completion of Tier I writing requirement. Fall of every year, Spring of every year.
