Advanced theories, cross national comparisons, and case studies of race and ethnic relations. Intergroup competition, conflict, dominance, accommodation, assimilation, and creolization. Prejudice, stereotypes, racism, ideologies, and political and economic processes. Prerequisites: (MC 220 or MC 281 or MC 230) and Completion of Tier I Writing Requirement. Spring of even years.
