MC 366 - Film, History and Nation

Description
Relation of film and cinema to nationalism, nation building, and national identity construction. Relation of film to history and historical representation. Role of domestic and international feature films in the formation of local, national, and global identities. Prerequisites: (MC 221 or MC 230 or MC 231 or approval of college) and Completion of Tier I Writing Requirement. Spring of every year.
