This was one of the more helpful classes I took in law school. If you want to know how the practice of law is changing, take this course. If you want predictability and clear grading guidelines, you're going to have some stress. I recommend participating and doing all the reading. Put forth the extra effort and you will do well in the class.

Reading assignment for 1st day consisted of over 15 articles. Requires students attend seminars outside of class meetings. Requires downloading, signing up, and familiarizing yourself w/ several new applications, subscription articles, and outside labs. Pop quizzes. Lost on what notes to take from the 15 articles on different topics-DROPPPPPPED
