Intermediate and advanced aerobics. Introduction to theoretical and practical principles of stretching, toning, and aerobic activity that progressively improve cardiovascular strength and endurance, flexibility, coordination and body image. Prerequisites: Completion of Tier I Writing Requirement. Fall of every year, Spring of every year, Summer of every year.
