Hasn't graded over half the assignments after the semester ended, there are no answers for what has been graded (so you don't know how to do anything) because future classes could "cheat", she is routinely late on opening the submission boxes, exam review material isn't provided because "people could cheat. The most incompetent professor I've seen.
