Covers complex valuations, static and dynamic capital structure, risk management, and real options. Also considers security design, restructuring, bankruptcy, project financing, corporate control and governance, dividend policy, and international finance issues. Meets with 15.434 when offered concurrently. Expectations and evaluation criteria differ for students taking graduate version; consult syllabus or instructor for specific details. Final examination.
