I was extremely nervous going into this course because I hate chemistry, however I loved Phils class! You must attend lecture, due to the fact that there are open note quizzes most days, but as long as you're there they are easy points! He also drops your lowest of three test scores and offers an optional final if you need it to raise your grade!

This class should be an easy A if you do the work. Attending recitation is not necessary, but encouraged because it does help. I liked him as a person, and is surprising chill about the weirdest things but strict about others. The final was a bit rough and the expectations for it weren't clearly communicated so try to get a hold of a past test
