ANTHRO 7370 - Anthropology of Gender

Description
(same as WGST 7370; cross-leveled with ANTHRO 4370 and WGST 4370) The Anthropology of Gender Introduces the student to the variation in the relationships between males and females; and between men, women, and other genders from around the world. The different approaches to understanding and modeling gender are discussed, as are specific case-studies from many different cultures. Enrollment Requirements: Graduate standing is required.
