KIN 226 - Methods of Teaching Group Exercise and Strength Training

Description
Provides instruction, practice, and teaching experience in group exercise and strength training. Fundamental terminology, skills, and teaching techniques of the two activities will be emphasized. Students will practice developing training programs tailored to fit ability, fitness level, and desired outcomes of their future students and clients. Prerequisites: KIN 120 and 126. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: Student must complete KIN 120 and KIN 126 before enrolling in this class.
