Gabriel Arnold

Dr. Arnold is a horrible band director, he doesn't seem to really know what's happening around him. He can't keep a steady tempo, wastes his student's time, and isn't clear about what he specifically wants. He is disorganized and doesn't even try to get to know his students as individuals. I would drop down to Concert Band in a heartbeat.

Arnold really is trying his best to make the program better at UH, yet students are unwilling to tone it down and actually listen to him during class. He is genuinely considerate and caring for the music faculty and students. It just seems like he lacked time to get comfortable in his new environment. Very nice guy, just needs some tweaking.
