EXPL 390 - Internship Seminar: Organizational Change and Community Leadership

Description
This course is a seminar course focusing on organizational leadership and change through a 100 hour internship experience with a non-profit organization, government agency, or business organization, pre-approved by the Center for Experiential Learning. Outcome: Students will gain professional experience at an organization while reflecting on their work experience and applying theories of organizational leadership, civic engagement, community development, and leadership in the community. Class Notes: This class satisfies the Engaged Learning requirement in the Internship category. Add Consent: Instructor Consent Required.
