ELPT 1341 - Motor Controls

Description
Operating principles of solid-state and conventional controls along with their practical applications. Includes braking, jogging, plugging, safety interlocks, wiring, and schematic diagram interpretations. Class Notes: 8-wk Hybrid class, starts Monday 1/14. Requires 2 additional hours of online instruction per week. Registration requires application and departmental approval, see advisors in AT 102. Must register concurrently with ELPT 2347 1001, ELPT 1351 1001, and ELPT 1357 1001. Add Consent: Department Consent Required. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisites: ELPT 1311.
