Description
Introduces students to the most significant accomplishments and debates of recent Holocaust scholarship, emphasizing how historical memory of the Holocaust has been created and has evolved over time. Analyzes the historical causes and development of the Holocaust, as well as its cultural, political, and scholarly resonance in the post-1945 world. Enrollment Requirements: History Majors must have earned credit for HIST 395 prior to enrolling in this course.
