ACC 720 - Advanced Auditing with Analytical Applications

Description
A study of the processes conducted by independent, internal and government accountants to provide auditing and assurance services on information provided by management. Statistical techniques, commercial data-mining software and analytical methods are used to evaluate potential fraud activities. Enrollment Requirements: Matriculated in the MPA (Inspection and Oversight) program or Matriculated in a combined baccalaureate/masters Public Administration program.
