He encourages questions and answers them the best he can. I didn't go to his office hours, but I heard that he is great to talk to about life. He truly cares about his students education and life.

Professor Valencia is such a funny guy. This is a must take professor for this class. Attendance is not mandatory, he gives you a study guide that is almost identical to the test, and he curves exams. Not much more has to be said.
