Beginning instruction in the basic principles of fitness as they apply to a jogging program. Emphasis on cardiorespiratory endurance and flexibility. Basic concepts underlying Dr. Kenneth Cooper's aerobic program. For students without prior experience in jogging programs, aerobics levels I through III. Class Notes: S/F Graded Course Campuswide Gen Ed Contemporary Social Values: Health and Wellness Class will meet from 8/21-10/14.
