Designed to help students realize the importance of healthy diet and exercise behaviors in permanent weight control. Behavior modification techniques are used to help students achieve a healthy lifestyle that will result in either a gradual reduction in body weight, and/or the maintenance of a healthy body weight. Class Notes: May be taken Pass/Fail or audited Offered Fall, Spring, Summer 1, and Summer 2 Not an online course. Meeting times arranged with instructor.
