MNG 350 - Human Resource Management

Description
Analysis of the principles and practices of HRM in the areas of human resource planning and policy, recruitment and selection, training and career development, labor relations, performance management, compensation management, and HR information management. Special attention will be paid to the new issues and challenges facing the HR manager as a result of changes in the social and legal environment, demographic diversity, and the global marketplace. Class Notes: HYBRID COURSE. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: BUS 220.
