HRM 630 - Self Assessment and Career Management

Description
This course is designed to develop concrete skills in the process of managing one's own career or directing those of subordinates. Emphasis is placed on self assessment (one's values, interests and abilities); the identification of employment opportunities; and career development, both short and long term. Students are required to prepare a report which reflects what their self assessment implies in terms of a career path strategy. Class Notes: DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE.
