CRJ 317 - Evidence and Procedure Law

Description
An in-depth analysis of the rules of criminal evidence and procedure. The process of the American criminal justice system will be examined and special emphasis will be placed on constitutional limitations in the areas of criminal evidence and the law of search and seizure. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: CRJ 205 or permission of department chair.

Great professor who teaches the law very well. Was a law professor and can teach you a lot of stuff if you want to go to law school. Quizzes and midterm/final are difficult but if you study and read the questions carefully you should be fine. Only con is that he should give more time for quizzes. I am gladly taking him again.

Dr. Paul O'Connell is truly the one professor in my experience that has made me love to pursue the path of law, I swear. Out of all the classes I took, I think he's top two and he's not number 2. Yea, you have to take notes and take tricky quizzes and midterm/final BUT he will make sure you do this right and won't fail you as long as you keep up!
