BUS 470 - Business Policy and Strategy

Description
The management of large-scale enterprises is approached from an interfunctional, general management perspective, focusing on the formulation, development and implementation of the overall goals and strategies of an enterprise under conditions of uncertainty. This capstone course provides an integrative experience designed to apply the knowledge and skills developed in earlier coursework in the functional business areas and requires students to present and defend orally and in writing, solutions to simulated real world problems concerned with the overall management of an enterprise. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisites: All 100, 200, and 300 level business core courses must be completed prior to taking this course, and senior status.
