Description
A study of financial statements; analytical techniques and financing and investing activities; credit, equity and profitability analysis; analysis of return on investment, earnings and cash flows; and prospective analysis and business combinations. Not open to Accounting majors. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: BUS 202.

Probably the worst professor I have ever had in my undergraduate studies. Never taught us anything during the lectures, just talked about his professional accomplishments. Tests were based solely on information in the textbooks. Massive project at the end that he never explains how to do any of the things that are required. Avoid him when possible.
