BUSS 433 - Information Systems Security

Description
Examines the potential security risks in the informational systems, both technical and behavioral, and the security controls that can be used to minimize those risks. Covers topics such as security reviews, viruses, computer attack strategies, encryption, authentication, firewalls, and disaster recovery. Class Notes: P - I-Core; (BUS-P370) or Honors I-Core (BUS-P304) Operations Component and BUS-S305 with a grade of C or better Above class requires laptop which must be running Windows 7 or later with Office. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: BUS-P 370 or BUS-P 304 with a grade of C or higher.
