HSVC 113 - Methods of Intervention for Human Services

Description
This course builds on an ecological systems perspective and provides students with beginning skills to work with individuals, families, groups, and communities in urban human service agencies and organizations. Included will be generalist skills for the preliminary, beginning, middle, and ending phases of intervention. Attention is paid to culturally competent practice. Class Notes: Students who take this class should also take HSVC 201. Enrollment Requirements: Pre-requisite: HSVC 103Co-requisite: HSVC 201.
