BA 282 - Organizational Behavior

Description
This course is a survey of factors affecting human behavior within organizations. Students learn both theory and practical methods to understand, analyze, and influence individual, group, and organizational behavior. Topics include motivation, group dynamics, decision making, conflict and negotiation, leadership, power, ethics, organization and job design, and organizational culture.
