Description
This course covers the management functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling as they relate directly to the first level of management. Topical areas of significance to managers in this frontline role are emphasized. Critical skills are learned in the role of the manager, decision making, discipline, communication, performance management, leadership, diversity and conflict.
