BA 150 - Mathematical Applications in Business

Description
In this course students will evaluate between alternative approaches using different data sets for simple interest, compound interest, annuities, markups, markdowns, breakeven analysis, payroll alternatives, bank reconciliations, inventory cost flows, depreciation methods and analysis of financial statements. Mathematical operations used to solve practical business and finance application problems are covered. Enrollment Requirements: You may enroll in this course if you have (1) previously taken an online/hybrid course at GRCC, or (2) have completed the Distance Learning Orientation. If you need to complete the orientation, go to http://bb.grcc.edu/ for access. Early College students are restricted from this class.
