He is a harsh grader, and lets the students do most of the work during class. My classmates were great, but I just didn't like the structure of the class. There were 3 presentations in the class. The wiki books plus project was a really difficult part of the class. He can be condescending when evaluating your paper.

Transportation/MPP/MPA class cross listed. Very transportation heavy and not my favorite class. He did not really teach and instead had students do everything. 50% grade was the final group report and 50% was your contribution to the 19 person group project.
