Michael is the most happy and caring professor I've had. He is always willing to help outside of class! The workload for this class wasn't too heavy and grades are mostly based on oral presentations. It's a good one to take if you want to practice speaking because you get paired with a partner in São Paulo.

Michael is a really chill professor... the most popular in the department for a reason. He's hilarious and smart, but the class is pretty structureless. Advanced Conversation is a cool class, though, and definitely worth taking if you want to improve your Portuguese speaking skills. You can't go wrong with Michael!
