MAN 4320 - Organizational Staffing

Description
This course is a study of the organizational staffing strategy process, both internal and external. Topics covered include, but are not limited to, staffing strategy, job/competency analysis, recruitment strategies and effectiveness measures, job choice, retention and internal/external selection practices.
