This course is designed to provide specialized training in the area of kitchen planning. The course will enable students to create a final assembly of materials, trades, specifications, plans and contracts necessary for presentation. Class Notes: This is a hybrid section of this course and is a blend of online and on-campus instruction. The class will meet at the campus and days noted on the MyFSCJ schedule. The remainder of the class is online and must be accessed in Blackboard through MyFSCJ. Students must have stable internet access. Enrollment Requirements: Pre-requisite: IND 2460.
