ENC 1102 - Writing About Texts

Description
This course focuses on understanding and writing about texts. The student will develop a proficiency in evaluating written, visual and filmic texts and in writing analytically about these texts. This course provides a solid introduction to research writing as well as writing skills. This course fulfills the Gordon Rule writing requirement and must be completed with a grade of C or higher pursuant to State Board of Education Rule 6A-10.030. Enrollment Requirements: Pre-requisite: ENC 1101 or ENC 1101C each with a grade of C or higher.

Good course, bad professor. Super liberal and gives her opinion on controversial events, but doesn't make it noticeable. If you don't want to spend 10+ hours a week on english work, then don't take this class. Wish I would've had a different professor. Does offer minimal extra credit
