Background and origin of modern reinforced concrete theory and procedures. Projection to anticipated future changes in design and construction practices. Application and extension of theory to include new and future construction materials such as high performance concrete and fiber reinforced polymers. Enrollment Requirements: Course/section open only to post-baccalaureate students.
