MDC 6103 - Community-Engaged Physician III

Description
The NHELP Course is a longitudinal service learning experience that reinforces the didactic learning that takes place in Medicine and Society Courses, as well as integrates learning from Clinical Medicine, the Organ Systems Courses, and the Clerkships, through situated learning. The 1 credit course in Period 4 (NHELP 4) is designed as an active learning course, and will serve as an opportunity for students to reflect in a comprehensive manner on their medical school education and apply what they have learned throughout their medical education to their Household members. Prerequisite: Enrolled in College of Medicine.
