FD 221 - Flat Pattern Design II at Fashion Institute of Technology

Description

This course allows students to proceed from the study and application of the basic principles of patternmaking to a more comprehensive view of design within flat pattern methods and principles. Basic torso slopers are developed with the sleeve and are combined to form the kimono/dolman sloper. Prerequisite(s): FD 121

I wish I had been warned about this professor beforehand. If you are at all concerned about your grades or GPA, then take this class with one of the many other wonderful professors at FIT.

I really did not enjoy this class. Although she is an effective professor, she is moody and egotistical. She rants for hours about nothing and yells at students if they don't understand. Don't ask her questions. I feel like she would be an inspirational professor if she would lighten up.
