Description
Introduction to techniques for planning activities, operations, finance, budget, workforce, quality, safety, and other issues related to civil and environmental engineering planning. This includes the process of locating, discovering, and studying local, state, and federal regulations/codes. Topic examples include the societal context of engineering, regulatory enforcement agencies, engineering ethics, standards and liability, as well as components of critical thinking, communications, and lifelong learning.
