HST 388 - The Court And The U.S. Bill Of Rights

An examination of historical, philosophical, and legal developments related to the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution. The course will also examine how the Bill of Rights has been affected by Supreme Court appointments, court decisions, and constitutional amendments. Enrollment Requirements: A C- or better in HST 199 (or HST 298) or instructor consent is a prerequisite for this course.
