NUR 4827C - Leadership and Clinical Decision-Making and Lab

Description
This capstone course, including a practicum learning experience, will provide students knowledge and skills to assume leadership and management roles in a variety of healthcare settings. The course will focus on leadership and management theories, outcome measurements, performance evaluations and development of problem solving skills. Class Notes: This is a fully online course. There are no face-to-face meetings. A computer with high-speed internet access is required. Course access is available at http://class.daytonastate.edu. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisites: NUR3065 and NUR3125 and NUR3145 and NUR3655 and NUR3826 and NUR3846 and NUR4169 and NUR 4636C.
