NUR 3826 - Legal and Ethical Aspects of Nursing

This course explores the current ethical and legal issues surrounding health care and the practice of nursing. Emphasis will be placed on professional nursing judgment, ethical dilemma, conflict resolution, and role of the nurse in decision-making. Class Notes: This is a fully online course. There are no face-to-face meetings. A computer with high-speed internet access is required. Course access is available at http://class.daytonastate.edu. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisites: PSY1012 and NUR3846.
