NUR 1010 - Foundations of Nursing Practice

Description
The foundations course is designed to introduce the new student to the profession of nursing. Concepts introduced are legal rights and responsibilities, professional responsibilities, teaching and learning and community health. Upon completion of the course students will have an ethical grounding for entry into practice. Enrollment Requirements: Corequisites: BSC1086C and MCB1010C and NUR1020C; Prerequisites: MGF2106 or MAC1105 and ENC1101 and PSY2012.
