This course provides students a basic introduction into the hospitality industry. Topics include the foundations of lodging, food and beverage operations, tourism, attractions, and events. Current industry trends, career opportunities, customer service responsibilities, and computer applications are also stressed. Class Notes: This is a fully online course.
