Students learn the roles, expectations and responsibilities of a Supervisor/Manager, effective communication, maintaining effective workplace relationships, strengthening leadership skills and approach, impacting performance, coaching and motivating for improved performance, managing and leading work teams, managing workplace conflict, leading change, time management and delegation, problem solving and decision making, creating and maintaining an ethical workplace.
