HRM 442 - Training and Development

Application of training and development concepts and techniques used in assessing training requirements, planning and budgeting training programs, developing and facilitating training, and evaluating results. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: HRM 381 and CB major and completion of CB Fnd Crs (ACCT 252& 251& BUS 221& 241& MATH 153 or 154 or 170 or 172 or 173& ECON 201) with a C- or better and GPA of 2.25 or better or HRM 381 and admission to Human Resource Management minor.
