ECON 2018 - Essentials of Micro-Economics

Description
This is an introductory course focusing on choices of individual economic decision makers. Topics include scarcity, specialization and trade (including international trade), market equilibrium, elasticity, production and cost theory, market structures, factor markets, and market failure. Prerequisite or Corequisite GE A2. Satisfies general education requirement Area D. Class Notes: Students should plan to be available and able to attend the Zoom sessions during the scheduled meeting times. Specific expectations for Zoom attendance will be emailed to students via their CSUB email prior to the start of the Fall 2021 semester and included on the course syllabus. Enrollment Requirements: Main Campus Prerequisite or corequisite GE A2.
