AES 001 - Leadership Laboratory

Description
AES 001 - Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) augments the AFROTC academic curriculum by providing prospective Air Force officers opportunities and feedback needed to develop leadership, managerial, and supervisory skills. Applications include a study of Air Force customs and courtesies, drill and ceremonies, problem solving, communication, and learning about career opportunities available to commissioned officers. During the junior communication, and learning about career opportunities available to commissioned officers. During the junior and senior year, LLABs consist of activities classified as leadership and management experiences. Instruction is conducted within the framework of an organized cadet corps with a progression of experiences designed to develop leadership potential. Note: This course is offered in partnership with the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
