An introductory course in linear algebra, blending theory, computational techniques and applications. Includes vector spaces, determinants, systems of linear equations, algebra of matrices, inner product spaces, mapping, subspaces, bases, linear transformations, and eigenvectors. (3 cr. hrs.) (Spring). Prerequisite: MATH 1620. A graphing calculator is required; Texas Instruments TI-83 or TI-84 recommended. Meets SUNY General Education requirement in Mathematics.
