FNCE 4050 - Capital Investment Analysis

Description
Focuses on capital budgeting and investment issues. Emphasizes issues relating to cash flows, capital rationing, the investment versus financing decision, leasing, fluctuating rates of output, investment timing, capital budgeting under uncertainty and investment decisions with additional information. Enrollment Requirements: Requires prerequisites courses of FNCE 3010 and FNCE 3030 (all minimum grade D-). Restricted to Business majors with 52-180 units completed.
