BUS 607 - Financial Management

Description
Prerequisites, BUS 601, 602, 603. Good financial decisions enhance firm value. This course examines the issues faced by corporate financial managers and the tools and techniques for creating value. Topics include the risk-return tradeoff, financial statement analysis, financial forecasting, valuation, the cost of capital, and capital budgeting. Some sections of this course will be restricted to students admitted to specific degree programs. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits. Enrollment Requirements: TAKE BUS-601, BUS-602, BUS-603.
