Prerequisite, admission to the MBA program. Introduction to the techniques and tools used to identify and exploit business strategies to create value. Specifically, this course develops an understanding of the sources of competitive advantage by focusing on the quantity and quality of resourcces available to the environment with an emphasis on how the expectations of society can be intergrated with strategic economic decision-making.
